Ukrainian Artist in Austin Captures Life’s Moments in Resin: Meet Oksana Kaliuk

Hi, I’m Oksana — and I capture moments in resin.

In March 2022, fleeing the threat of occupation, I left my native Kyiv and came to the United States. My first refuge was Seattle, Washington. For the past two years, I’ve been living in sunny Austin, Texas. I adore the sun, this city, and the people who shine with warmth just like it. Whenever I can, I take part in community life.
My small creative business was born from a love for the beauty of nature, the philosophy of the moment, and the desire to preserve memories forever. Each piece I make is more than just jewelry or home decor — it’s a fragment of a story. Yours. Mine. Nature’s.
My earrings and pendants feature real dried flowers, seashells, and even coffee beans with cardamom — full of comfort and soul. Each item holds inspiration and meaning. The shells remind us that the ocean is always close. The coffee beans evoke warmth, slow mornings, and heartfelt conversation. The flowers capture a moment frozen in time — one that will never happen again.
I also make trays with real wine corks and seashells. They’re not just beautiful — they tell stories. These are objects that speak, even in silence.
Another part of my work is custom art made from bottles that hold special meaning — a wedding, an anniversary, a birthday, or a simple dinner with someone you love. I turn them into keepsake artworks, preserving the warmth of that moment forever.
All my creations are made from natural materials, with love and deep thought behind them. Each one is truly unique — because every moment is.
With love for beauty and detail,
